Most of the new stores coming to Del Amo Fashion Center this fall are on the Main Level, and several sit within a short walk of Macy's Women. That's also where the Santa Set goes up on Saturday, November 14. For the next six weeks, the stretch of 3525 W. Carson St. around Macy's Women is where the new openings and the holiday crowds meet.
Here's what is open, what is still marked "Coming Soon," and how the holiday calendar overlaps with both.
The arrivals, by where they sit
Del Amo's own directory on Simon's Del Amo Fashion Center store page lists a group of new tenants as "Coming Soon" as of late October. Most are on the Main Level.

The November timing comes from What Now Los Angeles, which reported on October 19 that "according to the mall's announcement," POP MART and ThirdLove are both expected to open in November. The same report said Caitlyn Minimalist's director of operations confirmed a mid-November grand opening for a store on the Main Level near Macy's Women. None of these stores has a published opening day yet. "November" is as precise as it gets for now.
Why Macy's Women is the corner to watch
Look at the earlier reports on these stores and the cluster gets tighter. In June, What Now Los Angeles reported that POP MART would go between Pandora and Kevin Jewelers, near H&M and Macy's. In July, the same outlet reported that Olive Young planned a store between Fabletics and Garage, across from Pandora and POP MART. Simon's current directory gives only "Main Level" for both, so treat those exact storefront positions as the earlier reported plan.
Add Caitlyn Minimalist and Rowan, both listed near Macy's Women, and four of the new names land on one stretch of the Main Level. The mix fits gift shopping well. There are collectible figures at POP MART, Korean skincare at Olive Young, and Caitlyn Minimalist's personalized pieces. What Now Los Angeles describes that jewelry as pieces and keepsakes made for everyday wear and for marking occasions, produced in-house.
ThirdLove is the exception. Simon lists it on the Main Level near Banana Republic. The June What Now report instead placed it between Lovisa and MAC Cosmetics, across from Victoria's Secret and Zara. That June article also predicted a summer opening, which the October report has since replaced with November. Check the mall's store page for the final location before you walk over.
Santa sets up in the same court
The holiday calendar points to the same spot. Simon's holiday overview for Del Amo lists Santa photos from November 14 through December 24. The three dates that matter most are all set around Macy's Women:
- Santa's arrival, Saturday, November 14, 9 to 10 a.m. at the Santa Set on the Main Level in front of Macy's Women, according to the arrival listing.
- Caring Santa, Sunday, December 6, 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. is a sensory-friendly private session in the same spot, and the Caring Santa listing says reservations are required.
- Pet photos with Santa, Sunday, December 13, 5:30 to 7 p.m. take place in Macy's Women's Court, and the pet photo listing says no reservation is needed.
The arrival timing is worth knowing. Simon lists regular mall hours as 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. Monday through Saturday and 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. on Sunday. So Santa's Saturday arrival finishes as regular store hours begin. Families who come for the 9 a.m. arrival will already be standing in the Main Level court when the nearby storefronts open at 10. If Caitlyn Minimalist's mid-November grand opening falls on that weekend, that court will be the most crowded spot in the building. The mall hasn't posted special hours for Thanksgiving or Black Friday yet.
The pop-up with two end dates
The Hirono After Dark pop-up is the one item on this list that might already be gone when you get there. Hirono is a POP MART character line that the brand describes as introverted and sometimes mischievous. Simon places the pop-up on the Main Level between Lululemon and BOSS.
The two sources give different end dates. Simon's POP MART page says the pop-up is open until 10/31. What Now Los Angeles reported on October 19 that, per the mall's announcement, it runs through early January 2027. If Hirono is the reason for your trip, go before Halloween to be safe. If the later date turns out to be right, the pop-up will still be running when the permanent POP MART store opens in November, and the brand will have two spots on the same level.
What's already open and what's still a sign
Of all the new names, only Rowan is clearly open. Simon lists weekly hours for the studio on the Main Level near Macy's Women. Rowan's Del Amo page takes appointments and walk-ins. A piercing appointment works well before the holidays, since the visit can be planned around everything else on your list.
Olive Young is the one to watch most closely. The July report cited a fall opening target. Olive Young declined to give What Now further detail, and Simon's Olive Young page still shows "Coming Soon." AUNTEA JENNY and Shapermint are also marked "Coming Soon" with no dates.
The one new arrival away from the Main Level cluster is downstairs. Simon lists Ramen 88 as coming soon on the Lower Level near JCPenney, with no opening date. Once it opens, it gives you a place to eat at the opposite end of the building from the Santa line.
A November 14 plan that uses the whole morning
November 14 is busy across the city too. The City of Torrance has scheduled its Holiday Arts and Craft Sales for that same Saturday, 9:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., at Ken Miller Recreation Center, 3330 Civic Center Drive. Here's one way to fit both into a morning:
- Get to Del Amo for Santa's arrival at 9 a.m. in front of Macy's Women.
- Stay on the Main Level when stores open at 10 and check which of the November arrivals near Macy's Women have opened.
- Drive to Ken Miller Recreation Center for the craft sale before it closes at 2:30 p.m.
December brings one more city event that suits families who skip the mall line. Snow Day at Wilson Park, 2200 Crenshaw Blvd., is set for Saturday, December 12, from 3 to 7 p.m. The city says youth activities require preregistration and a $5 fee. The next day, Santa takes pet photos back at Macy's Women's Court in the evening.
